Code of Conduct — Collektr Policies

Collektr is committed to fostering a safe, professional, and legally compliant environment for all users. This Code of Conduct applies to all interactions on the Collektr platform, including marketplace listings, livestreams, comments, direct messages (DMs), and community engagements.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in content removal, account suspensions, permanent bans, or legal action.

1. Safety & Responsible Behavior

1.1 Physical Altercations & Aggressive Behavior

Any physical violence, aggressive threats, intimidation, or harassment during a livestream or any interaction on the platform is strictly prohibited.
Users engaging in fights, property damage, or threatening others will face immediate account suspension.

1.2 Encouragement of Harmful Behavior

Promoting, encouraging, or glorifying dangerous, reckless, or illegal activities is not allowed.
This includes substance abuse, self-harm, criminal behavior, or life-threatening stunts.

1.3 Unsupervised Use of Dangerous Materials

The use or display of hazardous materials (chemicals, fire, explosives, weapons, etc.) without proper precautions is strictly prohibited.
Demonstrations involving dangerous substances must be conducted with appropriate safety measures.

1.4 Endangering Minors

Minors must not appear on livestreams in an unsafe, exploitative, or unsupervised manner.
Any content featuring children in risky or inappropriate situations will be removed, and accounts may be permanently suspended.

1.5 Medical Emergencies

If a medical emergency occurs during a livestream, users must stop broadcasting and seek immediate assistance.
Continuing a livestream while ignoring a serious health situation is grounds for content removal and possible legal escalation.

1.6 Misinformation Leading to Harm

Users must not spread false, misleading, or dangerous information related to:
Health & medical advice (e.g., unverified treatments, false emergency protocols).
Safety procedures (e.g., misinformation about fire safety, first aid, or self-defense).
Legal rights & financial scams (e.g., deceptive investment schemes or fraudulent services).

1.7 Broadcasting Illegal Activities

Engaging in or displaying any form of illegal activity during a livestream or marketplace transaction is strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Drug use, theft, fraud, or weapons-related offenses.
Scams, financial fraud, or deceptive business practices.
Encouraging illegal gambling or betting outside permitted regulations.

1.8 Inappropriate or Unprofessional Use of Equipment

Livestreaming equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones, etc.) must be used responsibly.
Reckless use of equipment that could cause harm, injury, or property damage is not allowed.

1.9 Overexposure to Sensitive or Inappropriate Content

Users must not share shocking, distressing, or disturbing content that could negatively impact viewers.
This includes graphic injuries, self-harm, extreme emotional distress, or traumatic incidents.

1.10 Lack of Preparedness

All livestreams must be conducted with proper preparation to ensure a safe, smooth, and professional experience.
Unplanned, careless, or chaotic livestreams that compromise safety or disrupt the user experience may result in enforcement actions.

2. Hate & Harassment Policy

2.1 Violent & Criminal Behavior

Threats of violence, criminal coordination, or inciting harm against individuals or groups are strictly prohibited.
Users engaging in violent rhetoric, criminal activity, or endangering others will face immediate removal.

2.2 Harassment & Bullying

Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse in any form (including comments, livestreams, or DMs) will not be tolerated.
This includes:
Insults, slurs, or derogatory remarks based on race, gender, nationality, or other protected characteristics.
Doxxing (sharing private information) or encouraging mass harassment.

2.3 Adult, Sexual & Physical Abuse

Any content or behavior promoting sexual exploitation, abuse, or non-consensual activities is strictly prohibited.
Users engaging in or facilitating sexual abuse, assault, or coercion will be permanently banned.

2.4 Youth, Sexual & Physical Abuse

Any form of child exploitation, grooming, or sexualization of minors is grounds for immediate platform removal and legal escalation.
Minors must be protected from any form of inappropriate or exploitative exposure.

2.5 Mental & Behavioral Health

Users must handle discussions on mental health, addiction, and trauma with sensitivity and responsibility.
Promoting self-harm, suicide, or destructive behaviors is strictly prohibited.

2.6 Suicide & Self-Harm

Content encouraging, glorifying, or demonstrating suicide, self-harm, or dangerous coping mechanisms is not allowed.
If discussing mental health topics, users must provide supportive, verified resources.

2.7 Disordered Eating & Body Image

Promoting eating disorders, extreme dieting, or unhealthy body standards is strictly prohibited.
Content encouraging harmful behaviors related to weight loss, fasting, or body modification will be removed.

2.8 Dangerous Activities & Challenges

Reckless stunts, unsafe viral challenges, or life-threatening dares are not allowed.
Encouraging others to participate in hazardous trends (e.g., consuming dangerous substances, extreme physical stunts) will result in removal.

3. Sensitive & Restricted Content

3.1 Sensitive & Mature Themes

Content featuring mature, disturbing, or emotionally distressing topics must include clear disclaimers and be handled responsibly.
Gratuitous depictions of violence, trauma, or sensitive historical events are prohibited.

3.2 Sexual Activity & Services

Any form of sexual activity, escort services, or solicitation is strictly banned.
This includes pornographic content, fetish content, or discussions of paid sexual services.

3.3 Nudity & Body Exposure

Full nudity, partial nudity, or sexually suggestive content is not allowed.
Artistic or educational content must be explicitly justified and properly moderated.

3.4 Sexually Suggestive Content

Inappropriate gestures, attire, language, or actions that may be perceived as sexually suggestive are prohibited.
This includes explicit dance movements, excessive focus on body parts, or provocative themes.

3.5 Shocking & Graphic Content

Gore, extreme violence, injury videos, or disturbing content that may shock or distress viewers is not allowed.

3.6 Animal Abuse

Maltreatment, neglect, or exploitation of animals in any form is strictly prohibited.
Animal fighting, hunting content, or encouraging harm to animals will result in immediate removal.

4. Regulated Goods & Commercial Activities

4.1 Prohibited Sales & Commerce

Users may not engage in the sale, promotion, or facilitation of:
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapon accessories.
Drugs, alcohol, or tobacco products.
Illegal financial schemes, multi-level marketing, or scams.

4.2 Comments & Direct Messages (DMs)

Comments and DMs must adhere to the same community standards as all public interactions.
Harassment, threats, inappropriate solicitations, and scam attempts will be strictly moderated.

5. Enforcement & Appeals

Violations of this Code of Conduct will result in warnings, content removal, account suspensions, or permanent bans.
