Collektr, Inc. (“Collektr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to maintaining a safe, legally compliant, and transparent platform for buyers, sellers, and livestream bidders.

This policy applies to all content, interactions, and transactions conducted on Collektr’s website, mobile applications, social media channels, Portal, livestream bidding services, and marketplace listings (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

All users must comply with Malaysian law, including the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, Penal Code Section 292, and MCMC guidelines.

Failure to adhere to these policies may result in content removal, account suspensions, permanent bans, or legal escalation.

1. Prohibited & Restricted Content

Collektr strictly prohibits content that violates legal, ethical, or community standards.

1.1 Explicit & Obscene Content

Prohibited:

Sexually explicit content, including pornography, sexual acts, or graphic nudity.
Sexually suggestive material, including inappropriate poses, fetish content, or provocative depictions.
Obscene gestures, adult toys, or advertisements for sexual services.
Blurred, censored, or altered explicit content intended to bypass moderation.
Sexual exploitation of minors, revenge porn, or any form of non-consensual explicit content.

Allowed:

Educational or medical content (e.g., anatomy, breastfeeding) where justified and appropriately presented.

Enforcement: Immediate removal and permanent account suspension for severe violations.

1.2 Nudity (Including Collectibles & Artworks)

Prohibited:

Sexualized nudity in any form, including artwork, figures, and collectibles.
Any depiction of minors in nude or suggestive contexts, even if artistic or historical.
Adult-themed or fetish content marketed as art.
Cosplay, photography, or artwork promoting sexualized depictions of characters.

Allowed:

Non-sexual nudity (e.g., statues, historical artwork) if contextually appropriate and not used for provocative purposes.

Enforcement: Marketplace takedown and account restrictions for repeated violations.

1.3 Gambling, Betting, Break Games & ‘Oripa’

Prohibited:

Unregulated gambling, lotteries, or betting activities.
Mystery packs and Oripa-style sales where the floor (minimum) and ceiling (maximum) value are not disclosed.
Content promoting financial speculation, get-rich-quick schemes, or unauthorized prize draws.
Sellers may not conduct, promote, or facilitate any form of gambling, betting, lotteries, or speculative activities unless expressly permitted by law and platform policies.

Allowed:

Transparent Oripa or mystery packs, provided sellers clearly disclose:
Floor value (minimum value of the lowest pack).
Ceiling value (maximum value of the highest pack).
Clear rules and odds for all buyers before purchase.
Full visibility of all sealed products and unpackaging processes during live stream.

Enforcement: Marketplace ban for repeated non-disclosures. Seller account removal for deceptive practices.

1.4 Firearms, Weapons & Dangerous Goods

Prohibited:

Real firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapon modifications.
Knives, switchblades, or any weapon marketed for violence.
Replica firearms unless explicitly labeled as “Replica.”

Allowed:

Historical collectibles (e.g., antique weapons) only if deactivated and explicitly labeled as non-functional.

Enforcement: Immediate takedown and legal reporting if required.

1.5 Bullying, Harassment & Hate Speech

Prohibited:

Hate speech based on race, gender, nationality, religion, or sexual orientation.
Bullying, cyber-harassment, or targeted abuse of individuals or groups.
Threats of violence, stalking, doxxing, or coordinated harassment campaigns.

Enforcement: Content removal and permanent account suspension for severe cases.

2. Marketplace, Livestream, & Community Violations

Collektr enforces a structured enforcement process to maintain platform integrity.

2.1 Marketplace Listings (Products, Auctions & Sales)

First Offense: Product removed, written warning issued.
Second Offense: If three or more listings are flagged, 7 days marketplace suspension.
Third Offense: Permanent marketplace restrictions. The seller must reapply for access.

2.2 Livestreaming (Bidding, Sales & Content)

First Offense: Stream immediately terminated; warning issued.
Second Offense: Livestreaming privileges suspended for 7 days.
Third Offense: Permanent livestream ban (buyer privileges retained).
Fourth Offense: No appeal process; account permanently banned from livestreaming.

2.3 Unboxing and Conducting breaks (Products & Content)

Clear Visibility: All breaks must be fully visible during the live stream
Sellers should keep the sealed and unsealed products, tools, and cards in full view throughout the break.

3. Content Moderation & Appeals

Collektr utilizes automated detection, human moderation, and user reports to identify violations.

3.1 Reporting Violations

Users can report violations directly through the Collektr app, website, or by emailing [email protected].
Reports will be reviewed promptly, with actions ranging from content takedown to permanent bans.

3.2 Appeals Process

Users may appeal account suspensions if they believe a mistake was made.

Appeals must be submitted via email within seven days of enforcement.
All appeals decisions are binding.

4. Legal Compliance & Cooperation with Authorities

All users must comply with Malaysian law, including MCMC guidelines and Penal Code Section 292.

Collektr will cooperate with Malaysian law enforcement on severe violations, such as:

Obscene materials or child exploitation content.
Fraud-related offenses.
Hate speech or threats of violence.

5. Listing Guidelines

To ensure a seamless and trustworthy experience for both buyers and sellers, Collektr has established the following guidelines for creating listings:

Empty Listings: Listings must contain a product or item for sale. Listings without an actual item are prohibited.
Misleading Keywords: Do not use irrelevant or popular keywords to manipulate visibility. All keywords must be directly related to the item.
Clickbait or Deceptive Content: Avoid using misleading images, titles, or descriptions that do not reflect the item being sold or intended purpose.
Clear Pricing: Pricing should be fair and transparent. Avoid pricing that could confuse or mislead buyers.
Prohibited Items: Collektr does not allow certain restricted items like surprise packs, or products that violate intellectual property rights.
