We’re excited to reward you for helping grow the Collektr community! Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth experience for both you and the users you refer.
1. Eligibility
Open to all registered users with an active Collektr account.
Referrals must be new users who have never signed up on Collektr before.
Referrer and referred user must not share the same IP address, device, or payment method (to avoid abuse).
2. Referral Rewards
Referrer Reward: You will receive [e.g., RM10 credit / 2% transaction fee rebate / bonus points] once your referred user:
Completes their first successful purchase or sale within [X] days.
Referred User Reward: The new user will receive [e.g., RM5 welcome credit / 1 free marketplace listing] upon sign-up and completing a qualifying action (e.g., purchase/sale).
Note: Rewards may be adjusted from time to time. All promotions will follow the terms active during participation.
3. Anti-Fraud & Abuse Prevention
Collektr reserves the right to review all referral activity.
Accounts found to be abusing the program (e.g., self-referrals, fake accounts, circular transactions) will have rewards forfeited and may face suspension or deactivation.
Collektr’s decision in such cases will be final.
4. Payout & Credit Terms
Referral rewards will be issued within [e.g., 7–14 business days] after the referred user’s qualifying activity.
Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Credits may have an expiry period (e.g., 90 days) if not used.
5. How to Refer
Share your unique referral link from your account dashboard.
Referred users must sign up using that link to be eligible.
6. Changes & Termination
Collektr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be communicated via email or app notifications.
