Collektr is committed to maintaining a trusted, respectful, and secure space for buyers, sellers, and streamers. These policies exist to protect the community, uphold the platform’s integrity, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, or permanent account bans.
1. Harassment, Hate & Threats
Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, and targeted threats—whether verbal, visual, or implied—are strictly prohibited. This includes sexual harassment, stalking, and incitement of violence across any Collektr feature (chat, livestreams, messages, etc.).
2. Self-Harm & Mental Health
Collektr does not allow content that promotes or normalizes self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous behaviors. We encourage supportive expression, but content that puts users or the public at risk will be removed immediately.
3. Graphic, Sexual, and Explicit Content
Content that is sexually explicit, graphically violent, or otherwise inappropriate for general audiences is not permitted. This includes nudity, simulated sexual acts, and shock content, regardless of intent or humor.
4. Privacy Violations
Do not share or expose anyone’s personal data—such as names, addresses, contact numbers, or private communications—without clear, documented consent. This includes reading out user info live or displaying unblurred shipping labels.
5. Illegal, Harmful or Violent Behavior
Strictly prohibited on Collektr:
- Abuse or exploitation of minors
- Non-consensual sexual content
- Threats or acts of violence
- Promotion of criminal or extremist activity
Where required, Collektr will escalate violations to the relevant authorities.
6. Fraud & Deception
The following activities are considered fraud and may result in immediate bans:
- Filing false payment disputes
- Using stolen payment methods
- Impersonating others
- Artificially inflating engagement (bots, fake accounts)
7. Off-Platform Abuse
If credible evidence shows off-platform activity coordinated to harm users, exploit the platform, or evade rules (e.g., rigged bidding groups or targeted harassment), Collektr may take enforcement action, including bans.
8. Enforcement Evasion
Users may not create or use alternate accounts to avoid enforcement actions. Appeals must be submitted to [email protected] and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Misinformation
Collektr removes content that spreads clearly debunked or harmful misinformation—particularly around health, safety, and public harm. This includes false medical claims, conspiracy-driven hate, or inciting panic.
10. Fee Avoidance & Off-Platform Transactions
Transactions must be completed on Collektr. Circumventing fees, directing buyers off-platform, or completing deals privately through DMs is a violation of trust and may result in account suspension.
11. Account Sales & Ownership
Collektr accounts are non-transferable. Selling, buying, or advertising account-related services (e.g., paid raids or follows) is not permitted.
12. Age Requirements
- Users must be 12+ to create and operate an account.
- Teens aged below 12 may appear only under direct supervision of a parent or guardian.
- Children under 12 may assist casually (e.g., during a family show) but may not operate the account or appear unsupervised.
13. Spam & Unsolicited Messaging
Sending repetitive, promotional, or irrelevant messages via chat or DMs—especially en masse—is considered spam and is prohibited.
14. Profiles & Usernames
Your username, display name, profile image, and bio must not contain explicit, hateful, or illegal content. Attempts to impersonate others or mislead users through your profile will result in removal or ban.
15. Account Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by co-hosts, team members, or guest presenters. Violations from anyone operating under your brand or show may lead to enforcement against your main account.
Reporting Violations
Report violations directly in-app or by contacting [email protected]. Collektr reviews all reports promptly and applies enforcement actions fairly and transparently.
