7.1 Purpose

Collektr is committed to maintaining a trusted marketplace for collectors. Buyer Reviews help promote transparency, accountability, and high service standards across the platform.

Buyers may submit a review and rating following the successful completion of an eligible transaction.

7.2 Eligibility

Reviews may only be submitted for completed transactions.

Each completed transaction is eligible for one Buyer Review.

Collektr may verify that a review relates to a genuine transaction before publishing or relying on it for enforcement purposes.

7.3 Review Guidelines

Reviews should accurately reflect the Buyer’s experience with the transaction.

Reviews must not:

contain false, misleading, or defamatory statements;
include abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive language;
disclose another person’s personal information;
contain spam, promotional content, or irrelevant material; or
be submitted for any purpose other than providing genuine feedback.

Collektr reserves the right to remove or moderate reviews that breach these terms.

7.4 Seller Performance & Ongoing Assessment

All Sellers on Collektr undergo an onboarding and verification process before being permitted to sell on the Platform.

Seller approval is an ongoing privilege and not a permanent right.

Following each transaction, Collektr may continue to assess Seller performance based on factors including, but not limited to:

Buyer Reviews and Ratings;
recurring customer complaints;
order fulfilment and shipping performance;
cancellation rates;
communication and responsiveness;
authenticity or condition disputes;
compliance with these Terms and Platform Policies; and
any conduct that may negatively affect the integrity, safety, or reputation of the Collektr marketplace.

Buyer Reviews are considered alongside these factors as part of Collektr’s overall assessment. A single negative review or isolated incident will not, by itself, result in enforcement action.

7.5 Enforcement

Where Collektr reasonably determines that a Seller has demonstrated a pattern of poor performance, repeated customer dissatisfaction, misconduct, or any other conduct that may compromise the integrity of the Platform, Collektr may, at its sole discretion:

issue warnings;
require corrective action or additional verification;
temporarily restrict or suspend selling privileges;
remove listings;
suspend or terminate the Seller’s account; or
take any other action reasonably necessary to protect Buyers, Sellers, and the integrity of the Platform.

Maintaining Marketplace Standards

Seller approval is subject to ongoing review and continued compliance with these Terms.

Collektr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a Seller’s access to the Platform where, in Collektr’s reasonable opinion, the Seller’s continued participation may adversely affect Buyer confidence, marketplace integrity, transaction safety, or the reputation of Collektr, regardless of whether a specific policy violation has occurred.

In assessing Seller performance, Collektr may consider factors including, but not limited to:

Buyer Reviews and Ratings;
transaction history and fulfilment performance;
communication and responsiveness;
cancellation or dispute history;
authenticity or condition-related concerns;
compliance with these Terms and other Platform Policies; and
any other information Collektr reasonably considers relevant to maintaining a safe and trusted marketplace.

Collektr is not required to apply enforcement measures in any particular order and may determine the appropriate action based on the nature, severity, and frequency of the Seller’s conduct.

7.6 Review Integrity

Users must not:

offer or accept incentives in exchange for positive reviews;
pressure, threaten, or coerce Buyers into changing or removing reviews;
submit fraudulent or misleading reviews;
manipulate ratings through multiple accounts or coordinated activity.

Any attempt to manipulate the Reviews & Ratings system may result in immediate enforcement action.

7.7 Review Moderation

Collektr is not obligated to remove or amend a review solely because a Seller disagrees with its contents.

However, Collektr may remove or moderate any review that it reasonably believes:

violates these Terms;
is fraudulent or misleading;
was submitted in bad faith;
is abusive or retaliatory; or
otherwise compromises the integrity of the Reviews & Ratings system.

Collektr’s decision regarding the moderation or removal of reviews shall be final.
