September Seller Leaderboard – Campaign Policy

Campaign Period: 7 September to 30 September 2026

Categories: Trading Card Games (TCG) and Comics

1. HOW THE LEADERBOARD WORKS

Sellers rank based on the total number of eligible bids their listings receive during the Campaign Period.

Bids are counted across the following channels:

• Livestream sessions

• Auctions

Rankings are calculated separately for the TCG and Comics categories. A seller may appear on both leaderboards if they sell in both categories, but prizes are awarded separately for each category.

2. WHO CAN TAKE PART

The Campaign is open to all active Collektr sellers listing in the TCG or Comics categories during the Campaign Period.

No registration is required. Eligible activity is counted automatically.

3. WHAT COUNTS AS AN ELIGIBLE BID

A bid counts towards a seller’s leaderboard position only if all the following requirements are met:

• The bid is placed on a standard auction or livestream listing.

• The listing results in a paid order that is not cancelled or refunded.

• The bid is placed by a genuine, unrelated buyer.

What Does Not Count

The following bids will not count towards the leaderboard:

• Reserve Price auctions: Bids placed on Reserve Price listings are excluded from leaderboard scoring.

• Self-bidding: Bids placed by a seller on their own listings.

• Related-account bidding: Bids placed through accounts connected to the seller by a shared payment method, contact details, device or any other identifiable link.

• Cancelled or incomplete listings: Bids placed on listings that are cancelled, withdrawn, refunded or otherwise not completed.

• Policy-breaching listings: Bids placed on listings that breach Collektr’s marketplace or listing policies.

4. PRIZES

Comics

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Collektr Credits are valid for sixty (60) days from the date they are issued and may be used anywhere on the Collektr platform.

5. STANDINGS

Provisional leaderboard standings are expected to be published to the Collektr seller community at approximately 6:00 p.m. each day during the Campaign Period.

Daily standings:

• Reflect eligible bids recorded and processed at the time of publication;

• Are provided for informational purposes only;

• Remain subject to verification and reconciliation;

• May not immediately reflect recent bidding, payment, cancellation or refund activity; and

• May change where an order is subsequently cancelled, refunded, reversed or determined to be ineligible.

A seller’s appearance or position in any daily standing does not guarantee that the seller will retain that position or receive a prize.

Collektr’s internal platform records will prevail in the event of any discrepancy between published standings and Collektr’s verified Campaign records.

6. RECONCILIATION AND AWARDING

Final standings will be confirmed after the reconciliation period, which is expected to end on 7 October 2026.

During the reconciliation period, Collektr may:

• Verify that counted bids were placed on eligible listings;

• Confirm that the relevant listings resulted in successfully paid and completed orders;

• Remove bids connected to cancelled, withdrawn, refunded, reversed or incomplete orders;

• Review accounts for self-bidding, related-account bidding or coordinated activity;

• Exclude listings or bids that breach this Campaign Policy or Collektr’s applicable Terms and policies; and

• Adjust leaderboard positions based on the verified results.

Prizes will only be awarded after reconciliation has been completed and the final standings have been confirmed by Collektr.

Final standings may differ from the last published daily standings.

Where two or more sellers record the same number of eligible bids, Collektr may apply a reasonable tie-breaking method based on verified Campaign data, including the number of successfully completed eligible orders or the time at which the qualifying score was achieved.

7. INTEGRITY AND DISQUALIFICATION

The Campaign is intended to recognise genuine selling and bidding activity on the Collektr platform.

Collektr reserves the right to exclude bids, remove listings from Campaign calculations, adjust standings, withhold prizes or disqualify a seller where there is evidence of:

• Bidding on the seller’s own listings, whether directly or through another account;

• Bidding through accounts related or connected to the seller;

• Coordinated bidding arrangements between sellers or between a seller and one or more buyers;

• Listings created primarily to generate bid volume without a genuine intention to sell;

• Artificially inflating bid activity, order volume or leaderboard standings;

• Creating duplicate, misleading or non-genuine listings;

• Cancelling or refunding transactions after using them to generate Campaign activity;

• Interfering with the fair participation of other sellers;

• Breaching Collektr’s seller, marketplace, auction, livestream or listing policies; or

• Any other attempted manipulation, fraud, abuse or misconduct relating to the Campaign.

Depending on the circumstances, Collektr may also take further action under its applicable Terms and policies, including cancelling affected transactions, restricting account functionality, suspending or deactivating accounts, or recovering losses reasonably incurred.

Where a prize has already been issued and a subsequent review identifies a breach, Collektr may require the seller to return the prize or reimburse Collektr for its equivalent value, to the extent permitted by law.

Collektr’s decision on matters relating to eligibility, bid counting, reconciliation, disqualification, final standings and prize allocation shall be final, subject to applicable law.

8. GENERAL

• Collektr reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, shorten or cancel the Campaign where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, fraud-prevention, legal or regulatory reasons.

• Any material change affecting participating sellers will be communicated through an appropriate Collektr channel.

• Changes will not be applied retrospectively in a manner that unfairly removes eligibility unless necessary to address fraud, manipulation, technical errors, legal requirements or breaches of Collektr’s applicable Terms and policies.

• Collektr is not responsible for delays, omissions or inaccuracies caused by technical issues, system interruptions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of this Campaign Policy.

• This Campaign Policy operates alongside, and does not replace, Collektr’s Terms of Service, Seller Terms and marketplace policies.
