Terms & Conditions

Organized by Collektr in celebration of Malaysia’s 69th Merdeka.

1. Campaign Overview

The “Kitr Merdeka on Collektr” Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Collektr (“Collektr”, “Organizer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) in conjunction with Malaysia’s 69th Merdeka celebration.

The Campaign will take place across the Collektr platform and allows users to participate in Merdeka-themed activities across Livestream, Marketplace, Auction, Curio and Grading.

During the Campaign, users may collect Bunga Raya 🌺 through qualifying activities.

Bunga Raya collected during the Campaign will contribute toward each participant’s position on the Kitr Merdeka Leaderboard, where eligible participants may qualify for Campaign Credits based on their final ranking.

The Campaign also includes selected Livestream Voucher Promotions and a Curio Promotion, subject to the conditions set out below.

Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign will run from:

10 August 2026 to 31 August 2026, inclusive.

Only qualifying activities completed and successfully recorded within the Campaign Period will be counted toward Bunga Raya accumulation, Campaign milestones, voucher redemptions and promotional rewards.

Activities completed before or after the Campaign Period will not qualify.

3. Eligibility

The Campaign is open to users with a valid Collektr account who participate in qualifying Campaign activities during the Campaign Period.

Participants must ensure that their Collektr account remains valid and active throughout the Campaign.

Where a Campaign mechanic involves a transaction, only transactions successfully recorded by Collektr will qualify.

Cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, manipulated or otherwise invalid transactions or activities may be excluded from the Campaign.

Collektr reserves the right to review any Campaign activity before awarding or confirming Bunga Raya, Campaign Credits, vouchers, promotional rewards or leaderboard positions.

4. Bunga Raya 🌺

During the Campaign Period, participants may earn Bunga Raya by completing qualifying activities across the Collektr ecosystem.

Bunga Raya:

• Is used solely for participation in the Kitr Merdeka Campaign and Leaderboard.

• Has no cash value.

• Cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged or converted into cash.

• Will be calculated based on qualifying activity successfully recorded by Collektr.

• May be adjusted or removed where the underlying activity is cancelled, reversed, refunded, invalidated or determined to be abusive or fraudulent.

Unless otherwise stated, milestone and bonus rewards may only be awarded once per participant during the Campaign Period.

5. Ways to Earn Bunga Raya

5.1 Livestream

Participants may earn Bunga Raya through the following Livestream activities:

Qualifying activities must be successfully detected and recorded by the Collektr platform.

5.2 Marketplace

Participants may earn Bunga Raya through qualifying Marketplace purchases:

For Marketplace spending rewards, Bunga Raya will be calculated based on qualifying Marketplace spend recorded during the Campaign Period.

Only each complete RM6.90 of qualifying spend will count toward the applicable Bunga Raya reward.

The Purchase 6 Marketplace Items reward is a Campaign milestone bonus.

5.3 Auction

Participants may earn Bunga Raya by participating in qualifying Collektr Auctions:

Auctions with a Reserve Price are excluded from the Win an Auction Bunga Raya reward.

The Win 6 Auction Lots and Place 69 Auction Bids rewards are milestone bonuses calculated across the Campaign Period.

Auction activity must be genuine and conducted in accordance with Collektr’s platform rules.

5.4 Curio

Participants may earn Bunga Raya through qualifying Curio activity:

The Rip 6 Curio Packs reward is a Campaign milestone bonus.

Only Curio Packs successfully opened through the Collektr platform during the Campaign Period will qualify.

5.5 Grading

Participants may earn Bunga Raya through qualifying Grading submissions:

The Submit 6 Collectibles for Grading reward is a Campaign milestone bonus.

Only eligible grading submissions successfully recorded during the Campaign Period will qualify.

6. Cross-Platform Merdeka Bonus

Participants who complete qualifying activities across all five Campaign categories may receive an additional Campaign bonus.

The five categories are:

1. Livestream

2. Marketplace

3. Auction

4. Curio

5. Grading

A participant who completes at least one qualifying activity in each of the five categories during the Campaign Period will receive:

The Cross-Platform Merdeka Bonus may only be earned once per participant during the Campaign Period.

7. Kitr Merdeka Leaderboard

All qualifying Bunga Raya collected during the Campaign Period will contribute toward the participant’s Kitr Merdeka Leaderboard score.

Participants will be ranked according to their total number of valid Bunga Raya collected by the end of the Campaign Period.

The leaderboard rewards are:

A total of 69 leaderboard positions will receive rewards.

Leaderboard results will only be finalized after Collektr completes its validation of qualifying Campaign activity.

Where suspicious, duplicated, fraudulent, manipulated or otherwise invalid Campaign activity is detected, Collektr may remove the affected Bunga Raya and recalculate the participant’s ranking.

In the event that two or more participants finish with the same Bunga Raya total, the participant who first reached the relevant final Bunga Raya total based on Collektr’s recorded timestamp will receive the higher leaderboard position.

8. Livestream Voucher Promotion

During the Campaign Period, selected users may redeem promotional vouchers for qualifying purchases made through Collektr Livestream.

Voucher availability is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the applicable allocation.

8.1 New User Voucher

Eligible new users may receive:

RM10 OFF

Subject to:

• Minimum Spend: RM35

• Valid for the user’s first Livestream purchase only

• Limited to 67 redemptions per week

• Current total Campaign allocation: 207 users

Each eligible user may redeem the New User Voucher once, subject to availability.

8.2 Existing User Voucher

Eligible existing users may receive:

RM15 OFF

Subject to:

• Minimum Spend: RM50

• Available to eligible existing Collektr users

• Limited to 67 redemptions per week

• Current total Campaign allocation: 207 users

Voucher availability is subject to the Campaign allocation and successful application at checkout.

9. Curio Promotion

During the Campaign Period, participants may qualify for an additional Curio purchase promotion.

Participants who:

Purchase 6 Curio Packs

may receive:

RM19 Curio Credits

The promotion is limited to the first 100 eligible redemptions throughout the Campaign Period.

The promotion is subject to availability and will end once the full allocation of 100 redemptions has been reached, even if this occurs before the end of the Campaign Period.

Only qualifying Curio Pack purchases successfully completed and recorded during the Campaign Period will be eligible.

10. Campaign Credits

Campaign rewards described as Credits, including Leaderboard Credits and Curio Credits, are promotional credits issued within the Collektr platform.

Campaign Credits:

• Are not cash.

• Cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.

• Cannot be transferred between users.

• May only be used for the applicable purchases or services supported by the relevant credit type on Collektr.

• Are subject to the applicable usage conditions displayed within the Collektr platform.

Where a qualifying transaction or activity is subsequently cancelled, refunded, reversed or invalidated, Collektr may cancel or reverse any associated promotional Credits.

11. Campaign Milestones & Bonuses

Milestone-based Bunga Raya bonuses include:

• Purchase 6 Marketplace Items: +69 Bunga Raya

• Win 6 Auction Lots: +69 Bunga Raya

• Place 69 Auction Bids: +169 Bunga Raya

• Rip 6 Curio Packs: +69 Bunga Raya

• Submit 6 Collectibles for Grading: +169 Bunga Raya

• Complete qualifying activities across all five categories: +269 Bunga Raya

Unless expressly stated otherwise, each Campaign milestone bonus is awarded once per eligible participant during the Campaign Period.

Progress toward milestones will be determined based on Collektr’s Campaign records.

12. Fair Participation

The Kitr Merdeka Campaign is intended to reward genuine participation across the Collektr ecosystem.

Participants must not attempt to artificially generate Bunga Raya, Campaign milestones, leaderboard positions, voucher eligibility or promotional rewards.

Activities that may result in disqualification include, but are not limited to:

• Creating or operating accounts for the purpose of manipulating Campaign results.

• Artificial or coordinated bidding.

• Fake or circular transactions.

• Artificially generating Livestream views, shares or engagement.

• Using bots, scripts or automated methods to complete Campaign activities.

• Manipulating Marketplace purchases, Auctions, Curio transactions or Grading submissions.

• Exploiting bugs, technical errors or unintended Campaign behaviour.

• Cancelling or reversing transactions after using them to qualify for Campaign rewards.

Collektr may review any activity which appears inconsistent with ordinary platform usage.

13. Verification of Results

All Campaign participation, Bunga Raya calculations, milestones, voucher redemptions, promotional rewards and Leaderboard results are subject to verification by Collektr.

Where there is a discrepancy between information displayed to a participant and Collektr’s verified Campaign records, the verified records maintained by Collektr will be used to determine Campaign eligibility and results.

Bunga Raya or rewards resulting from technical errors, duplicate entries or invalid activities may be corrected or removed.

14. Reward Fulfilment

Leaderboard winners and eligible promotional reward recipients will be determined based on verified Campaign records.

Participants may be required to maintain an active Collektr account in order to receive Campaign Credits.

Collektr may contact eligible winners or recipients through their registered account details or official Collektr communication channels where necessary for reward fulfilment.

Failure to provide information reasonably required to verify eligibility may result in the relevant reward being withheld.

15. Campaign Changes

Collektr may make reasonable changes to the Campaign where required due to technical, operational, security or other circumstances affecting the proper running of the Campaign.

This may include adjustments to Campaign mechanics, reward availability, redemption limits or Campaign timing.

Any material Campaign updates will be communicated through the Collektr platform or Collektr’s official communication channels.

16. Platform & Technical Matters

Participation in the Campaign depends on the proper operation of the Collektr platform and relevant Campaign tracking systems.

Collektr will take reasonable steps to ensure Campaign activities are recorded accurately but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability where issues arise due to connectivity, device limitations, scheduled maintenance or circumstances outside Collektr’s reasonable control.

Where a technical issue materially affects Campaign calculations, Collektr may review and correct the affected Campaign records.

17. Personal Data

Personal information collected in connection with the Campaign may be used for purposes including:

• Campaign administration

• Eligibility verification

• Leaderboard management

• Reward fulfilment

• Fraud and abuse prevention

• Customer support

Personal data will be handled in accordance with Collektr’s applicable privacy practices and Malaysian law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and the Kitr Merdeka on Collektr Campaign are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
