Campaign Terms & Conditions

Organized by Collektr in collaboration with CIMB Bank Berhad.

1. Campaign Overview

The “Snatch & Stack on Collektr with CIMB” Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Collektr, Inc. (“Collektr”, “Organizer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) in collaboration with CIMB Bank Berhad (“CIMB”).

The Campaign provides eligible users with access to promotional rewards, cashback incentives, leaderboard participation, and milestone-based benefits through qualifying activities conducted on the Collektr platform during the Campaign Period.

Participation in this Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign will run from 5 June 2026 to 4 August 2026, inclusive, unless otherwise modified, extended, suspended, or terminated by the Organizer at its sole discretion.

3. Eligibility

To participate in the Campaign, users must:

Hold a valid Collektr account.
Complete eligible transactions through the Collektr platform.
Use an eligible CIMB Debit or Credit Card.

Only successfully completed and verified transactions will qualify for Campaign participation and rewards.

The following are not eligible:

Cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent transactions.
Failed or incomplete payments.
Transactions conducted outside the Collektr platform.
Transactions using non-eligible payment methods.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and disqualify any participant suspected of abuse, manipulation, fraudulent conduct, or activity inconsistent with the intended spirit of the Campaign.

4. Campaign Rewards

Eligible participants may receive rewards including, but not limited to:

Cashback incentives
Promotional wallet credits
Shipping benefits
Credits accumulation
Leaderboard prizes
Milestone-based rewards

Reward availability is subject to eligibility, verification, allocation limits, Campaign mechanics, and applicable conditions communicated by the Organizer.

Unless otherwise stated:

Rewards are non-transferable.
Rewards are non-exchangeable.
Rewards are not redeemable for cash.

The Organizer reserves the right to substitute, modify, suspend, withhold, or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving fraud prevention, technical issues, or operational requirements.

5. Cashback & Promotional Credits

Eligible cashback rewards may be issued in the form of promotional wallet credits (“Campaign Credits”) within the Collektr platform.

Campaign Credits:

May only be used for eligible purchases on the platform.
May be subject to minimum spend requirements, redemption caps, usage restrictions, or expiry periods.
Cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash.

Rewards will only be issued following successful transaction verification and may be withheld, reversed, cancelled, or adjusted where suspicious, invalid, refunded, disputed, or unauthorized activity is identified.

5.1 Auction Transactions and Reserve Price (“RP”)

For transactions arising from auction listings with a Reserve Price (“RP Auctions”):

Campaign Credits will only be issued, or will be adjusted or removed, where the Reserve Price is met and a corresponding order is successfully created from that transaction.
Where the Reserve Price is not met, or no order is successfully created from the auction transaction, no Campaign Credits shall be issued, and any Campaign Credits previously issued in connection with that transaction shall be adjusted or removed.

For auction listings conducted without a Reserve Price (“Non-RP Auctions”):

Campaign Credits may be issued in accordance with the standard Campaign mechanics set out in this Section 5, regardless of whether an order or transaction is successfully completed.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify, adjust, withhold, or reverse Campaign Credits issued in connection with any auction transaction in accordance with Section 9 (Verification & Validation).

6. Credits & Leaderboard

Participants may accumulate Credits through eligible activities during the Campaign Period.

Credits:

Have no monetary value.
Cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Are intended solely for Campaign participation and leaderboard ranking purposes.

Leaderboard rankings are determined based on qualifying activity recorded by the Organizer’s systems.

The Organizer reserves the right to:

Adjust, invalidate, deduct, or remove Credits.
Recalculate leaderboard rankings.
Disqualify suspicious or abusive activity.
Suspend participation where necessary to preserve fairness, integrity, and platform security.

All leaderboard results and reward determinations made by the Organizer shall be final and binding.

7. Progressive Rewards

Eligible participants may unlock milestone-based rewards through qualifying Campaign participation or transaction activity during the Campaign Period.

Reward eligibility, issuance timelines, validation requirements, and reward limitations shall be determined solely by the Organizer.

8. Fair Usage & Prohibited Conduct

Participants must engage with the Campaign fairly, lawfully, and in good faith.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Creating multiple, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts.
Artificially inflating transactions, engagement, or leaderboard activity.
Exploiting system vulnerabilities, loopholes, or unintended mechanics.
Using bots, scripts, automation, or coordinated manipulation.
Engaging in suspicious bidding, payment, or reward activity.
Any conduct deemed abusive, deceptive, harmful, or fraudulent by the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including disqualification, reward reversal, account suspension, or permanent restriction from the Campaign or platform.

9. Verification & Validation

All transactions, rewards, Campaign activities, and leaderboard standings are subject to verification and validation by the Organizer.

The Organizer’s records, systems, and decisions relating to the Campaign shall be final, conclusive, and binding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the Organizer and CIMB shall not be liable for:

Technical interruptions, platform downtime, or connectivity issues.
Delayed, failed, incomplete, or unauthorized transactions.
Errors relating to Campaign participation, rewards, or leaderboard calculations.
Third-party misconduct, unauthorized access, or fraudulent activity.
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Campaign.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

11. Personal Data

By participating in the Campaign, participants consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of personal data by the Organizer for purposes related to:

Campaign administration
Participant verification
Fraud prevention
Customer support
Reward fulfilment
Regulatory compliance

All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the Collektr Privacy Policy.

12. CIMB’s Role

CIMB acts solely as the payment partner for this Campaign.

CIMB is not responsible for the administration, operation, fulfilment, reward management, or technical execution of the Campaign.

13. Amendments & Campaign Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to:

Amend these Terms & Conditions.
Modify Campaign mechanics, eligibility criteria, or rewards.
Suspend, shorten, extend, or terminate the Campaign.

Any updates or changes will take effect upon publication through the Collektr platform or official communication channels.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
