Curio by Collektr — Collektr Policies

Curio is Collektr’s digital pack experience featuring real, physical collectibles. Packs may be curated directly by Collektr or created in collaboration with merchants, brands, companies, creators, collectors, and other partners within the collectibles ecosystem.

For selected Curio releases, collectibles are supplied to or secured by Collektr from participating partners or sponsors for distribution through Curio Packs.

Selected releases may feature:

“Collectibles powered by [Company]” to identify the partner, sponsor, creator, store, or inventory provider supporting that Curio release.

Depending on the release structure, collectibles obtained through Curio may:

remain digitally viewable within the Collektr platform;
be redeemable for physical fulfilment;
be subject to release-specific mechanics, limitations, or fulfilment timelines.

By purchasing, opening, redeeming, trading, or interacting with Curio Packs, you agree to these Terms & Policies together with Collektr’s Terms of Service and related platform policies.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the legal age required in your jurisdiction, to independently participate in Curio.

Collektr reserves the right to:

request identity or verification information;
restrict access in certain jurisdictions;
suspend accounts or transactions where fraud, abuse, policy violations, or suspicious activity are identified.

2. Nature Of Curio Packs

Curio Packs are digital collectible entertainment products containing curated collectible outcomes within a defined collectible pool disclosed for each release.

Each Curio release is structured with:

a defined collectible pool;
disclosed collectible categories or rarity tiers where applicable; and
predetermined minimum and maximum collectible outcome ranges for that release.

Curio Packs:

are designed for collecting, community engagement, and entertainment purposes;
are not gambling products;
are not financial products, securities, or investment instruments;
do not guarantee profits, returns, appreciation, or future market value.

Collectible outcomes may vary by rarity, category, desirability, condition, demand, or release structure.

Any displayed pricing references, rarity indicators, estimated values, or market references are provided for informational purposes only and may change over time.

Collektr reserves the right to:

modify collectible pools, release structures, rarity distributions, and pack mechanics prior to release;
limit quantities or participation where necessary for operational, compliance, or platform integrity purposes.

3. Inventory, Partners & Sponsors

Curio Packs may feature physical collectibles that we provide directly, or that come through collaborations with merchants, brands, companies, sponsors, stores, creators, collectors, distributors, community sellers, or other third parties (“Collaborators”).

The source and ownership of inventory may vary between Curio releases. Where applicable, we will identify the relevant Collaborator on the release page or through descriptions such as “Collectibles powered by [Collaborator].”

3A. Our Inventory

For selected Curio releases, we may source, procure, own, or manage the inventory directly. We may also curate the collectible pool and manage storage, distribution, and fulfilment through our supported operational channels.

Inventory we provide directly is held to our own authenticity, compliance, and operational standards.

3B. Collaborator Inventory

Certain Curio releases may feature inventory supplied, sponsored, owned, or otherwise supported by a Collaborator.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Collaborator-supplied inventory remains the property and responsibility of the relevant Collaborator. Its inclusion, storage, management, distribution, or fulfilment through Curio does not transfer ownership of the inventory to us.

Depending on the applicable arrangement, we may receive or temporarily hold the inventory, curate it into a collectible pool, and facilitate its storage, distribution, or fulfilment on behalf of the Collaborator.

Each Collaborator is responsible for ensuring that its inventory:

is authentic and accurately described;
complies with applicable laws and regulations;
does not infringe any third-party rights or intellectual property; and
is supported by relevant authenticity or ownership documentation when we reasonably request it.

3C. Authenticity & Inventory Standards

All collectibles made available through Curio, whether provided directly by us or by a Collaborator, must be original and authentic. Counterfeit, unauthorised, reproduced, custom, altered, or otherwise non-original collectibles are strictly prohibited.

All collectibles are subject to Collektr’s applicable inventory intake, review and acceptance procedures before being made available through Curio.

Collektr does not knowingly permit counterfeit, unauthorised, materially misrepresented or non-original collectibles to be made available through Curio. We may request supporting documentation or additional verification and may reject, suspend or remove inventory that does not meet our applicable standards.

3D. Inventory Review & Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

reject, remove, substitute, or withhold any inventory where reasonably required;
request further information or supporting documentation;
delay or suspend fulfilment while authenticity, ownership, condition, compliance, or other material concerns are reviewed;
modify a release structure, pack configuration, or collectible pool;
suspend or discontinue a collaboration; and
postpone, modify, or cancel a release due to operational, fulfilment, legal, compliance, or authenticity concerns.

If a concern is identified after a collectible has been purchased, revealed, or claimed, we may investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our applicable policies. This may include further verification, suspension of fulfilment, removal or substitution of the affected collectible, or another reasonable resolution.

Customers may contact Collektr Support regarding any concern relating to a Curio collectible. For Collaborator-supplied inventory, we may coordinate with the relevant Collaborator to investigate and resolve the matter.

4. Purchases, Payments, Refunds & Claims

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Curio purchases are final and non-refundable once the applicable pack has been opened or its collectible outcome has been revealed, except where a refund or other remedy is required by law or expressly approved by Collektr under its applicable policies.

By completing a purchase, you confirm and acknowledge that:

you are authorized to use the selected payment method;
all submitted information is accurate and complete;
your participation complies with applicable laws and Collektr platform policies; and
collectibles obtained through Curio may vary in condition, appearance, packaging, grading status, perceived value, and market value, where applicable.

Once a Curio Pack has been purchased and/or opened, refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or compensation will not be provided solely because of dissatisfaction with the collectible received, including its condition, appearance, grading outcome or potential, perceived value, or subsequent market value.

Any claim relating to an incorrect item, missing item, fulfilment error, or other verified issue must be submitted through Collektr’s applicable support or claims process. Submission of a claim does not automatically entitle the user to a refund, replacement, exchange, or compensation. All claims are subject to review and verification by Collektr in accordance with applicable policies and law.

Collektr reserves the right to:

refuse, limit, reverse, or cancel transactions where reasonably necessary;
withhold fulfilment pending verification or resolution of an issue;
restrict participation where fraud, payment disputes, pricing errors, technical issues, abuse, or suspicious activity are identified; and
determine the appropriate resolution for eligible claims in accordance with applicable policies and law.

Prices, release mechanics, collectible pools, inventory availability, pack structures, participation limits, and fulfilment timelines may be updated from time to time.

Applicable taxes, duties, shipping fees, processing fees, or cross-border charges remain the responsibility of the user unless otherwise stated.

4A. Curio Coins

Curio Coins are digital platform credits issued by Collektr for use exclusively within eligible Curio-related activities and transactions.

By using Curio Coins, users acknowledge and agree that:

Curio Coins are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn as cash, resold, or transferred between users;
Curio Coins may only be used within the Curio ecosystem for eligible pack purchases and other approved platform transactions;
Curio Coins cannot be purchased separately, manually topped up, or redeemed for fiat currency;
Curio Coins are not legal tender, e-money, securities, or investment products and have no cash value outside the Collektr platform;
transactions completed using Curio Coins are subject to the same final purchase, refund, return, exchange, and claims provisions set out above; and
where Curio Coins are returned or credited following an approved cancellation, technical error, or other eligible issue, such credit does not create an entitlement to cash reimbursement or withdrawal.

Collektr may impose usage limits, balance caps, transaction restrictions, or verification requirements where reasonably necessary for operational, regulatory, security, or compliance purposes.

Collektr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Curio Coins or related mechanics, subject to applicable law and any rights already accrued by users.

5. Curated Collectible Outcomes

Curio Packs may contain randomized collectible outcomes.

By participating in Curio, you acknowledge and accept that:

specific collectibles or rarities are not guaranteed unless expressly stated;
collectible distributions may differ between releases;
previous outcomes do not influence future outcomes.

Collektr reserves the right to:

adjust collectible pools;
modify rarity structures or release mechanics;
limit purchases, quantities, or participation where necessary to maintain platform integrity and fairness.

6. Digital Collectibles & Redemption

Certain Curio outcomes may remain digital within the Collektr platform until redeemed, sold, or otherwise fulfilled.

Depending on the release structure, digital collectibles may:

be viewable within the platform;
be eligible for marketplace activity;
become redeemable for physical fulfilment;
be subject to release-specific redemption windows or limitations.

Physical redemption may require:

identity verification;
shipping verification;
fraud prevention or compliance checks;
payment of shipping fees, taxes, duties, or related charges.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided by the user.

Collektr reserves the right to delay, reject, suspend, or cancel redemption or fulfilment where fraud, abuse, policy violations, legal restrictions, inventory issues, or operational concerns are identified.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital collectibles do not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights.

6A. Buyback Program

Selected Curio releases may include an optional buyback program for eligible collectibles or digital outcomes.

Users may choose to:

redeem eligible collectibles for physical fulfilment; or
sell eligible collectibles back to Collektr in exchange for Curio Coins, subject to the applicable Decision Window and buyback mechanics set out in Section 6B.

Buyback eligibility, rates, collectible categories, applicable Curio Values and settlement mechanics may vary by release and will be displayed or otherwise communicated through the relevant Curio release or platform interface.

Curio Coins received through buybacks may only be used for eligible purchases and transactions within the Curio ecosystem and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash.

Buyback rates are platform mechanics and do not represent guaranteed market value, investment returns, liquidity, future value or resale demand.

“Curio Value” means the value assigned to and displayed for the relevant collectible when it is revealed within the applicable Curio release. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific release, this value will be used as the reference amount for calculating eligible sell-back amounts under the Buyback Program.

Collektr reserves the right to reject, suspend or modify a buyback transaction where reasonably necessary due to fraud, abuse, technical irregularities, compliance concerns or platform-integrity issues, subject to applicable law.

Unless different buyback rates are expressly disclosed for a specific Curio release before purchase, the rates set out in Section 6B will apply.

6B. 7-Day Decision Window

For each eligible Curio outcome revealed through an opened Curio Pack, the user must select an available action, including selling the outcome back to Collektr or claiming it for fulfilment, within seven (7) calendar days from the date the outcome is revealed on the Collektr platform (“Decision Window”).

The Decision Window begins at the time the outcome is revealed and continues for seven (7) calendar days. If no eligible action has been selected by the end of the Decision Window, the applicable automatic action will be processed on the following day (“Day 8”).

During the Decision Window, eligible sell-backs will be calculated as follows:

Within the first 24 hours following reveal: 90% of the applicable Curio Value, before deduction of the 6% platform fee;
After the first 24 hours and until the end of Day 7: 60% of the applicable Curio Value, before deduction of the 6% platform fee.

Where a sell-back is completed, the 6% platform fee is calculated on the applicable gross sell-back amount and deducted before the net amount is credited to the user in Curio Coins.

Example: If a collectible has a Curio Value of RM100:

a 90% sell-back produces a gross sell-back amount of RM90. After the 6% platform fee of RM5.40, RM84.60 in Curio Coins is credited to the user;
a 60% sell-back produces a gross sell-back amount of RM60. After the 6% platform fee of RM3.60, RM56.40 in Curio Coins is credited to the user; and
a 45% automatic sell-back produces a gross sell-back amount of RM45. After the 6% platform fee of RM2.70, RM42.30 in Curio Coins is credited to the user.

Any applicable platform fee will be deducted from the sell-back amount before the corresponding Curio Coins are credited to the user’s account.

Users may elect to claim eligible outcomes for fulfilment at any time during the Decision Window, subject to applicable redemption, verification, shipping, tax, duty, and fulfilment requirements.

If no action is selected by the end of the Decision Window:

Common, Uncommon, Rare and Epic outcomes will automatically be sold back to Collektr at 45% of the applicable Curio Value, before deduction of the 6% platform fee. The resulting net amount will be credited to the user’s account in Curio Coins.
Legendary and Ultimate outcomes will automatically be designated for physical fulfilment. Unless another eligible fulfilment method is subsequently made available, the default fulfilment method will be self-collection from the Collektr Experience Centre, Amcorp Mall.

For eligible Curio outcomes revealed before the effective date of this policy that remain pending in a user’s Collection, Collektr will provide a new seven (7)-day Decision Window beginning on the effective date of this policy. Collektr will communicate the applicable start date, final decision date and scheduled automatic-action date to affected users through available platform or communication channels. If the user takes no eligible action during that Decision Window, the applicable automatic action described above will take place on Day 8.

This Decision Window is intended to ensure that Curio outcomes are processed in a timely manner and do not remain pending without instruction. Users are responsible for monitoring their Collection and making their preferred selection within the applicable Decision Window.

Collektr may establish different buyback rates, platform fees, rarity treatment, eligibility, values or automatic-decision mechanics for a specific Curio release where these are disclosed in the applicable release terms before purchase. Collektr may also make changes where required by applicable law, regulation, fraud-prevention requirements or platform-integrity considerations, subject to the protections for already-purchased Curio Packs and revealed collectibles set out in Section 10.

6C. Curio Fulfillment

Once a user claims a Curio outcome for physical fulfilment, the user must select their preferred fulfilment method on the Collektr platform.

The available fulfilment methods may include:

Self-collection / pickup at Collektr HQ (Shah Alam) or Collektr Experience Centre (Amcorp Mall); or
Shipping to the delivery address provided by the user.

Where shipping is selected, the user must complete payment of the applicable shipping fees before the airway bill (AWB) and delivery details can be generated.

Where delivery is selected, the applicable shipping protection options will be displayed during checkout or fulfilment selection:

Basic coverage of up to RM200; or
Optional additional insurance subject to a maximum coverage amount of RM4,000.

Once all required fulfilment information and payments have been completed, Collektr will generally begin fulfilment processing within one (1) to two (2) business days. Collektr aims to make the item available for collection or complete delivery within approximately seven (7) days thereafter, but this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Actual delivery or collection timing may vary depending on the selected courier, collection arrangement, verification requirements, public holidays, shipping destination, or other operational circumstances. All applicable shipping fees, insurance fees, taxes, duties, and related charges remain the responsibility of the user unless otherwise stated.

7. Marketplace & Trading

Where marketplace or resale functionality is available:

collectible values may fluctuate over time;
resale demand is not guaranteed;
market activity may be determined by users, collectors, and approved platform-supported mechanisms, including optional buyback programs where applicable.

Collektr acts solely as a platform provider facilitating marketplace activity and does not guarantee:

resale value;
liquidity;
pricing outcomes;
future collectible demand.

8. Fair Usage & Platform Integrity

Users may not:

manipulate pack mechanics, marketplace activity, or platform systems;
use bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized tools;
create multiple accounts to abuse platform mechanics;
engage in fraudulent payments, abusive chargebacks, or misleading conduct;
exploit platform vulnerabilities or loopholes.

Collektr reserves the right to:

suspend or terminate accounts;
cancel transactions;
reverse marketplace activity or platform benefits;
restrict platform access;
report unlawful conduct to relevant authorities where necessary.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation Of Liability

Curio Packs, collectibles, marketplace features, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Collektr does not guarantee:

collectible market value;
resale demand;
uninterrupted platform availability;
future pricing, appreciation, or profitability.

Collektr shall not be liable for:

market fluctuations;
user trading losses;
delayed fulfilment;
shipping disruptions;
unauthorized account access;
third-party payment, logistics, supplier, or platform failures;
indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Collektr’s total liability relating to any Curio transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right, remedy, guarantee or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable law.

10. Amendments

Collektr reserves the right to update or modify these Terms, Curio mechanics, release structures, marketplace functionality, or related platform features at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication through the Collektr platform or official communication channels.

Where a change materially affects the economic, buyback or redemption terms applicable to an already-purchased Curio Pack or revealed collectible, the change will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law or expressly accepted by the affected user.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
