Collektr Credits Usage Policy

This Collektr Credits Usage Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of Collektr Credits on our platform. By using Collektr Credits, you agree to comply with the terms set forth below.

1. Types of Collektr Credits

Users may hold three distinct types of Collektr Credits in their account:

a. Campaign Credits (“Campaign”)

Campaign Credits are issued by Collektr in connection with special campaigns, events, or platform incentives.

• Validity: Campaign Credits have an expiry date, which will be communicated at the time of issuance and displayed in the app under the user’s credit details.
• Usage Rules:
• Campaign Credits may be applied toward eligible purchases on the Collektr platform.

• Expired Campaign Credits will not be reinstated or extended.
• Campaign Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or sold under any circumstances.

b. Referral Credits (“Referral”)

Referral Credits are issued by Collektr as part of the Referral Program, which rewards users for successfully inviting new members to join and participate on the platform.

• Validity: Referral Credits have a fixed validity period of 90 days from the date of issuance. The expiry date will be communicated at the time of issuance and displayed under the user’s credit details in the app. Expired Referral Credits cannot be reinstated, extended, or reissued under any circumstances.
• Eligibility:
• Open to all registered Collektr users with an active account.
• Referred users must be new to Collektr and have never registered previously.
• Referrer and referred user must not share the same IP address, device, or payment method, to prevent fraudulent activity.
• Referral Rewards:
• Referrer Reward: The credit is now immediately issued once the referred user creates an account, without requiring a successful first purchase or sale.
• Referred User Reward: The new user will receive a welcome incentive upon signing up and completing a qualifying action.
• Rewards and credit values may vary by campaign and are subject to the terms active during participation.
• Credits are subject to change based on ongoing campaigns or promotional events. You can view a detailed breakdown in your credit history.
• Usage Rules:
• Referral Credits may be applied toward eligible purchases on the Collektr platform.
• Referral Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or sold.
• Credits are non-refundable and are automatically applied at checkout when eligible.
• Payout & Credit Terms:
• Referral rewards will be issued within 7–14 business days after the referred user completes a qualifying activity.
• Credits are non-transferable and may have an expiry period (e.g., 90 days) if unused.
• Any fraudulent or suspicious referral activity may delay or void credit issuance.

c. Cashback Credits (“Cashback”)

Cashback Credits are issued as rewards for eligible transactions, campaigns, or events.

• Validity: Cashback Credits have an expiry date, communicated at issuance and displayed in your account.
• Usage Rules:
• A minimum spend of at least twice the Cashback amount is required (e.g., RM50 Cashback requires a minimum purchase of RM100).
• Once the minimum spend is met, users may apply the full Cashback amount.
• No maximum cap applies to the Cashback value redeemable per order.
• Cashback Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or sold.

d. Reload Credits (“User Credits”)

Reload Credits are credits purchased directly by users via manual reload.

• Validity: Reload Credits do not expire.
• Usage Rules:
• No minimum spend requirement.
• No cap on usage.
• Reload Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or sold.

2. Credit Deduction Order

When making a purchase on Collektr (including livestreams or marketplace transactions), credits will be automatically applied in the following order:

1. Expiring Credits First: Among Campaign Credits, Referral Credits, and Cashback Credits, whichever is set to expire sooner will be deducted first, in accordance with their respective eligibility rules.
2. Remaining Campaign or Referral or Cashback Credits: After the earliest-expiring credits are used, the system will deduct the remaining Campaign or Referral or Cashback Credits (according to their respective rules).
3. Reload Credits: If Campaign, Referral and Cashback Credits are insufficient, the system will deduct from Reload Credits.
4. Saved Payment Method: If your Collektr Credits balance is insufficient, the remaining amount will be charged to your saved payment method (e.g., credit/debit card).

3. General Conditions of Use

• Collektr Credits are exclusive to the Collektr platform and may only be used for eligible purchases.
• Credits are non-redeemable for cash and non-refundable, except where required by law or in the case of verified platform errors.
• Credits are non-transferable and may not be gifted, sold, traded, or reassigned.

4. Expiration and Forfeiture

• Campaign, Referral and Cashback Credits will expire automatically on the stated date and will be removed from your account without prior notice.
• Collektr is not responsible for any loss of value due to expired credits.
• Users are encouraged to monitor their balances and expiration dates via Collektr Credit dashboard.

5. Misuse and Enforcement

Collektr reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or adjust any credit balance if it determines, at its sole discretion, that there has been:

• Misuse or abuse of Collektr Credits.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Violation of this Credits Usage Policy or our Terms of Service.

6. Policy Updates

Collektr may update or amend this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. All updates will be effective upon publication. Continued use of Collektr Credits constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
