To help cover the handling, processing, and operational costs associated with low-value transactions, Collektr has implemented the following Small Order Fee Policy, effective immediately.
1. Small Order Fee Amount
A flat fee of RM0.50 will be applied to any order where the total purchase value (before shipping and fees) is below RM20.
2. Where This Policy Applies
The Small Order Fee applies to all buyer purchases made through the following channels on the Collektr platform:

Livestream Purchases:
When a buyer wins or purchases an item during a livestream session.

Marketplace Orders:
For standard “Buy Now” purchases made through the marketplace.

Auction Wins:
For all successful bids made via auction listings.
3. Exemptions – Collektr Credits Payments
Buyers who choose to pay fully using Collektr Credits (either Promo Credits or User Credits) will have the Small Order Fee automatically waived, regardless of their total order value.
4. Purpose of This Fee
This fee helps Collektr cover basic transactional, handling, packaging, and operational costs incurred with processing low-value orders. This ensures we can continue offering affordable products and services while maintaining platform quality.
5. Transparency at Checkout
The Small Order Fee (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before the buyer completes their payment, ensuring full visibility and transparency for the user.
6. Policy Exceptions
There are no manual exceptions for this fee beyond the credit payment exemption. The system will automatically calculate and apply the fee based on the final cart total and payment method used.
7. Policy Updates
Collektr may update or amend this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. All updates will be effective upon publication. Continued use of Collektr Credits constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
