Pokémon 30th Set Launch Celebration Campaign

Campaign Period: 21 September 2026 to 11 October 2026

Organized by Collektr in celebration of the Pokémon 30th Set Launch.

1. Campaign Overview

The “Pokémon 30th Set Launch Celebration Campaign” (“Campaign”) is organized by Collektr (“Collektr”, “Organizer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

The Campaign includes:

• RM30 buyer voucher promotions for new and existing users.

• A seller listing incentive of up to RM50.

• The Pokémon 30th Poké Ball Leaderboard across Livestream, Marketplace, CURIO, Auction and Grading.

Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign will run from 21 September 2026 to 11 October 2026, inclusive.

Only qualifying purchases, listings, submissions and activities completed and successfully recorded during the Campaign Period will qualify.

Activities completed before or after the Campaign Period will not qualify.

3. General Eligibility

The Campaign is open to users and sellers with valid active Collektr accounts.

Where a Campaign mechanic involves a transaction, only a completed paid transaction successfully recorded by Collektr will qualify.

Cancelled, refunded, reversed, unpaid, disputed, duplicate, self-initiated, fraudulent, manipulated or otherwise invalid transactions and activities may be excluded from the Campaign.

4. Buyer Voucher Promotions

During the Campaign Period, eligible users may receive the following Pokémon 30th Set Launch Celebration offers on eligible Pokémon products.

4.1 New User Voucher

Eligible new users may receive RM30 OFF on an eligible Pokémon purchase with a minimum spend of RM150.

The voucher:

• Is valid once per eligible user during the Campaign Period.

• Is limited to the first 100 eligible redemptions.

• Must be successfully applied at checkout.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

• Cannot be stacked with other platform-funded vouchers unless expressly stated otherwise.

4.2 Existing User Cashback Credits

Eligible existing users may receive RM30 Cashback Credits after completing an eligible Pokémon purchase with a minimum spend of RM300.

Cashback Credits:

• Are limited to the first 100 eligible users.

• Will be issued after payment, cancellation, refund and fraud checks are completed.

• Are not cash and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash.

• Are subject to the applicable Collektr Credit and Promo Policy, including in-app usage conditions.

• May be reversed if the qualifying transaction is cancelled, refunded, disputed or found to be invalid.

5. Seller Listing Incentive

During the Campaign Period, eligible sellers may earn a cash incentive by listing eligible Pokémon items on Collektr.

To qualify, each eligible listing must include the exact phrase “Pokémon 30th Anniversary” in its listing title.

A seller may receive one seller reward only. If a seller qualifies for more than one tier, the seller will receive the reward for the highest tier achieved.

To qualify, listings must:

• Be submitted and live during the Campaign Period.

• Be genuine Pokémon-related items.

• Include “Pokémon 30th Anniversary” in the title.

• Comply with Collektr’s listing requirements.

• Not be duplicate, misleading, removed, suspended, fraudulent or otherwise invalid.

• The seller must complete at least one successful sale from the eligible Pokémon listings submitted for this Campaign.

• The sold item must be one of the seller’s qualifying listings that includes “Pokémon 30th Anniversary” in its title.

• Listings that are cancelled, refunded, unpaid, disputed or reversed will not count as the required successful sale.

Seller rewards will be confirmed after listing and account verification. Collektr may remove ineligible listings from the final count.

6. Poké Balls

Poké Balls are Campaign points used solely for participation in the Pokémon 30th Leaderboard.

Poké Balls:

• Have no cash value.

• Cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged or converted into cash or Collektr Credits.

• May be adjusted or removed if the related activity is cancelled, refunded, reversed, invalidated or found to be abusive or fraudulent.

Unless stated otherwise, each milestone or bonus may be earned once per participant during the Campaign Period.

7. Ways to Earn Poké Balls

8. Livestream and Kitr Bot Conditions

• A Watch reward is available once per user for each eligible Pokémon LIVE after 30 minutes of watch time.

• A Bid reward is available once per user for each eligible LIVE lot. Repeat bids on the same lot do not earn additional Poké Balls.

• A Share reward is available once per user per unique eligible Pokémon LIVE, up to 10 shares throughout the Campaign.

• Kitr Bot enters once when an eligible Pokémon LIVE first reaches 30 concurrent views.

• Eligible LIVE actions completed after Kitr Bot enters receive a 3x multiplier.

• The combined Watch, Bid and Win score remains capped at 300 Poké Balls for the full Campaign. The 30-point share limit is separate.

9. CURIO Payment Eligibility

Eligible CURIO packs include packs purchased using:

• Fresh cash; or

• Wallet or Collektr Credits originating from completed paid transactions.

Fresh-cash CURIO packs will be tracked separately from eligible Wallet or earned-credit packs.

Free promotional, referral, goodwill, compensation or gifted credits do not qualify.

Packs obtained through cancelled, refunded or reversed transactions also do not qualify.

10. Milestones and Bonuses

Collektr’s Choice stacks with Marketplace rewards. An eligible purchase earns the Marketplace +30 points, counts towards the 3-order Marketplace milestone, and earns the separate +300 Collektr’s Choice bonus.

The 5-channel bonus replaces the 3-channel bonus. Participants who complete all five channels receive +300, not both bonuses.

11. Core Channel Qualification

A channel counts towards the 3-channel or 5-channel bonus, and towards tie-breakers, only when the user has completed a paid transaction in that channel.

Watching, bidding and sharing may earn Poké Balls, but do not make a channel count for cross-channel bonuses or tie-breakers.

12. Pokémon 30th Leaderboard

All valid Poké Balls collected during the Campaign Period contribute to a participant’s leaderboard score.

The Top 3 eligible participants will share the fixed RM1,500 prize pool, based on the prize allocation stated in the official Campaign materials.

If two or more participants finish with the same final score, rankings will be decided by:

1. Most completed paid core channels.

2. Most completed +300 milestones.

3. Earliest recorded timestamp at which the participant reached the tied final score.

13. Reversals and Validation

If a qualifying order, pack, auction win or grading submission is cancelled, refunded, unpaid, disputed or reversed, the related base points and any dependent milestone or bonus will be removed.

The leaderboard is provisional during the Campaign. Results will be finalised within 7 working days after the Campaign ends, following payment, cancellation, refund, duplicate-account, self-transaction and fraud checks.

14. Fair Participation

The Campaign is intended to reward genuine participation across Collektr.

Participants must not attempt to artificially generate vouchers, seller rewards, Poké Balls, milestones, leaderboard positions or prizes.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating or operating accounts to manipulate Campaign results.

• Artificial, coordinated or self-bidding.

• Fake or circular transactions, including order splitting to obtain extra rewards.

• Artificially generating views, shares or engagement.

• Using bots, scripts or automated methods.

• Exploiting bugs, technical errors or unintended Campaign behaviour.

Collektr may disqualify participants, remove points or withhold rewards where activity appears inconsistent with ordinary platform usage or violates these Terms and Conditions.

15. Verification and Reward Fulfilment

All Campaign activity, voucher redemptions, listing counts, seller rewards, point calculations, milestones and leaderboard results are subject to Collektr verification.

Where there is a discrepancy between displayed information and Collektr’s verified records, Collektr’s verified records will determine eligibility and results.

Eligible users, sellers and winners may be required to maintain an active Collektr account and provide reasonable information for verification. Failure to do so may result in the relevant reward being withheld.

16. Campaign Changes and Technical Matters

Collektr may make reasonable changes where required by technical, operational, security or other circumstances affecting the proper running of the Campaign.

Any material update will be communicated through the Collektr platform or official communication channels.

Collektr will take reasonable steps to record Campaign activity accurately but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to connectivity, device limitations, scheduled maintenance or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

17. Personal Data

Personal information collected in connection with the Campaign may be used for Campaign administration, eligibility verification, leaderboard management, reward fulfilment, fraud prevention and customer support, in accordance with Collektr’s applicable privacy practices and Malaysian law.

18. Governing Law and Contact

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

• Collektr reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, shorten or cancel the Campaign where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, fraud-prevention, legal or regulatory reasons.

• Any material change affecting participating sellers will be communicated through an appropriate Collektr channel.

• Changes will not be applied retrospectively in a manner that unfairly removes eligibility unless necessary to address fraud, manipulation, technical errors, legal requirements or breaches of Collektr’s applicable Terms and policies.

• Collektr is not responsible for delays, omissions or inaccuracies caused by technical issues, system interruptions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of this Campaign Policy.

• This Campaign Policy operates alongside, and does not replace, Collektr’s Terms of Service, Seller Terms and marketplace policies.
