This drop-off point is strictly limited to items related to Trading Card Games (TCG) and Collectible Card Games (CCG) only. The Collektr Drop-Off & Pickup Service offers users a designated and convenient location to drop off or collect items purchased through the Collektr platform, ensuring a smooth and secure exchange between buyers and sellers.

This policy is jointly aligned between Collektr and Cards & Hobbies, and follows the agreed Drop-Off and Pick-Up procedures to ensure consistency, clarity, and proper handling for all parties involved.

This drop-off point is strictly limited to items related to Trading Card Games (TCG) and Collectible Card Games (CCG) only.

1. Service Overview

• The Drop-Off & Pickup Service is free of charge for all verified Collektr users.
• This service acts as a collection and handover point between users who transact through Collektr.
• This service only supports items related to Trading Card Games (TCG) and Collectible Card Games (CCG). Items outside of these categories will not be accepted for drop-off or pick-up.
• By using this service, users agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Terms of Use

• This service is provided free of charge to make it easier for players and collectors to receive their items.
• Failure to collect items within the allowed storage period will result in the items being considered unclaimed and forfeited, becoming the property of the store or Collektr.

3. Storage Period

• Cards & Hobbies reserves the right to refuse storage of oversized or unapproved items.

4. Responsibility & Liability

Collektr and its authorized partners are not responsible for:

• Verifying or authenticating the condition or authenticity of items.
• Collecting, purchasing, or handling items on behalf of users.
• Any loss or damage caused by users failing to collect within the specified period.

Users are fully responsible for ensuring they collect the correct items as recorded in their Drop-Off Slip or Transaction ID.

5. Collection & Verification

• Users must present and verify their Drop-Off Slip or Transaction ID during collection to ensure the correct item is retrieved.
• In the event of uncertainty, the Collektr Operations Team can assist in verifying the Drop-Off record for confirmation.
• Unclaimed items after the holding period will be considered forfeited without compensation.

6. Policy Management

• The Drop-Off & Pickup policy and related actions are managed exclusively by the Collektr Operations Team to prevent unauthorized changes or misuse.
• Adjustments to holding periods or special exemptions can only be approved by the Ops team.

7. User Conduct & Support

• Users are encouraged to support the service by making a purchase or transaction through Collektr.
• Any misuse of the Drop-Off & Pickup system, including attempts to store non-approved items, may result in suspension of privileges.

8. Agreement

By choosing to use the Collektr Drop-Off & Pickup Service, you acknowledge that you:

• Have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions stated above.
• Accept that Collektr holds no liability for items left beyond the defined storage period or for disputes between buyers and sellers outside the platform.
